My sister actually looked like Lida and Melina in high school during the early 90's. Oh Southern California!

Look at those hot studs. God give me the strength to not fall head over heels for someone who's mastered various 80's dances.. and wears glasses.. and has nice hair. For all of these things are surely my kryptonite.

Good usage of the body-mount (Steadicam) camera uncommonly used back in the 80's in the manner seen in the video to give the wobley paranoid effect, found later commonly in MTV's Fear and VH1's Celebrity Paranormal shows. The other trick for the "falling person and camera but still background" is acheived by attaching a pole to the person and camera then moving the pole via a motor mechanism, taking the person and the camera in one direction and making it seem as if they're falling. Sounds like a lot of effort, but the visual effect is worth it.

People looked dorky in the 80's.. well, more importantly, Depeche Mode looked dorky in the 80's. Martin Gore looks like Azrael Abyss from those Goth Talk skits. Andrew Fletcher was hott though. :( He wears glasses, which is probably why I feel that way.

I want Kim Wilde's hair and dance. Her hair is a total perm-mullet.

You know, watching Wolf Eyes actually make the noise sorta ruins it for me since it's plain to see such noises aren't coming from the bowels of hell.

It's October!

There are a couple things in this world that are too awesome. Bob Ross' the Joy of Painting is one of them. Sit and Be Fit is another. There are apparently people who don't know what Sit and Be Fit is, no one I know surely.

Every time I catch Sit and Be Fit on the tele, I always notice something new. Up until now I had never noticed how midi-esque the music they play in the background is. Some of it just seems like stock music but the more recognizable tunes seem very midi. Lori McCormick was kind of hot.

Being old is awesome. That must be why I own so many sequined, oversized sweaters.
